The Chef… The
chef possesses a kitchen French professional diploma. He worked
5 years in Switzerland and a few months in the United States. He
got the favours of the French gastronomic critiques for his French-Italian
creative kitchen. He
worked in Lyon for ex collaborators of Paul Bocuse and he occupied, during
several years, the executive chef and
technical chef and learned his profession also in a restaurant with 1 étoile
(star) to Guide Michelin in Lyon.
