Johann Desnoues, 18 years of experience and passion to your disposition proposes his services

as personal chef for one dinner or private chef for several days on the occasion of your holiday on the

lake of Como or on the lake of Lugano in Switzerland or your business journeys to Milano or Lugano,

in the villas, apartments or yacht.

Insured discretion

 

The chef prepares for you a brightened kitchen,

full of flavours to basis of fresh and local products of season.

The Chef…

 

The chef possesses a kitchen French professional diploma.

He worked 5 years in Switzerland and a few months in the United States.

He got the favours of the French gastronomic critiques for his French-Italian creative kitchen.

He worked in Lyon for ex collaborators of Paul Bocuse and he occupied, during several years, the executive chef

and technical chef and learned his profession also in a restaurant with 1 étoile (star) to Guide Michelin in Lyon.
